How long before SEO pays off for a Niagara Falls business?

Fixing a Business Profile, such as a wrong category or out-of-date hours, can help within a few weeks. New pages normally need three to six months before the direction is clear. If your busiest stretch is July to September, starting in winter or early spring lets the work settle before visitors arrive.

Why does Google keep mixing my business up with Niagara Falls, New York?

Two cities share the name, and the suggestions for ordinary searches, a chiropractor or junk removal for example, often include the New York side. Residents get around it by adding “ontario”, “on” or “niagara region”. Your website, listings and structured data should say Niagara Falls, Ontario just as plainly, so Google puts you on the correct side of the river.

Should our website speak to visitors or to people who live here?

Usually both, on different pages. A visitor asks about views, parking and packages; a resident wants prices, hours and whether you come out to their street. Most businesses here do best when everyday local needs get as much attention as tourism, because local customers are still around in February.

Once we start, what happens month to month?

We check how your searches moved across the city and the nearby towns, improve pages, update the Business Profile and its photos, correct listing errors and send a short report on calls, messages and bookings. On the Pro plan we also run your Google Ads and adjust them through the season.

Our hours change with the seasons. Will that hurt us on Google Maps?

Not if Google is told. Wrong hours are one of the fastest ways to lose someone who searched “open now” or “open late”. Set special hours for holidays and the shoulder months, change them before the evening crowds of late spring, and make sure the website says the same thing.

What does SEO cost with you?

Our plans are $300, $500 and $700 CAD per month, billed monthly without a long-term contract. Google Ads management sits in the $700 plan, and the ad budget is paid directly to Google. After looking at your competition we suggest the smallest plan that will do the job.

Will you guarantee we reach the map’s top three?

Nobody can honestly guarantee that. Part of Google’s ordering is distance from whoever is searching, so someone near Fallsview and someone in Chippawa may be shown different businesses after typing identical words. Our job is the part you control: a complete, accurate listing, steady reviews and relevant pages.

Do you work with businesses in St. Catharines, Welland and the rest of the region?

Yes. Alongside Niagara Falls we work with businesses in St. Catharines, Thorold, Welland, Fort Erie and Niagara-on-the-Lake. If you serve several of these towns, each one deserves its own page describing work you genuinely do there.

Is Google Ads worth it in a tourist town?

Often, particularly for bookings in peak months, when visitors decide within minutes. Ads stop the day the budget does, though, so we usually pair a seasonal campaign with SEO that keeps bringing in work through the off-season.

Are your prices in Canadian or American dollars?

Canadian. Every plan is quoted and billed in CAD each month, whichever side of the border your own customers come from.

How visible are you across Niagara?

We will check, at no charge, your rankings between Chippawa and St. Catharines, name the businesses above you, and put the fixes in order.
